I have a Home Owners Association (HOA). Do I need special approval?
Yes. Prior approval must be obtained by the homeowner before any changes or improvements to the property. GPL can assist in the process and is happy to provide any necessary information and material samples.
How do I turn on the gas after the installation of my firepit or barbeque?
GPL can connect the gas lines for the cost of a service call or the homeowner can contact Southwest Gas (702-365-1555) for free service.
Can you explain
the proper watering schedules and restrictions?
For the most accurate and updated information, contact the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
What is a Pre-Lien?
This is a notice required by law in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 108.246). It is a notice to an owner or contractor of materials supplied or of services performed and is NOT a lien.
What do I do if my newly planted trees and shrubs are dying?
Refer to your warranty. Contact GPL at the onset of distress to the plant material. This allows us to be proactive and assess the problem and correct the cause. Loss of plant material is usually a secondary reaction to an underlying situation preventable by professional intervention.
Will I receive notification from GPL to update my irrigation timer?
Controlling your irrigation clock is your responsibility. Instruction on the proper operation is given at the final walk of the property. For further information on watering schedules, contact the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
What are the liabilities to pet
damage?
Your Limited Warranty states that the homeowner accepts responsibility for damage caused by pets or to any materials.
